Can anyone inform me what Operation Wheelwright was. There were more than one as I have seen reference to then, up to Wheelwright 60. The Flight carrying out, these was B Flight.

The operation Wheelwright that you refer to is a series of supply and arms drops to a agent circuit codenamed Wheelwright.

In July to Sept 1944 a number of Jedburgh teams were sent to Tarn/Garrone and Gers to assist in sabotage operations so these would also be listed in the operational drops.
