In 1978 issue of "Air Aces" (a pulp magazine about WW I & WW 2

Air Aces) among the montogue of photographs on front is that of

two British Bomber Airplanes flying in the air: (Halifaxs?)

Title: "British Bombers over France"

One has Squadron # KM W

One has Squadron # KM Y with a seriel number of W4162; on nose of the aircraft on pilot side is painted 11 bombs.

Likewise in "History of Second World War" magazine # 11 .p.298 is a photo of a "Halaifax" "T L (P")-last number obscured.p.299

is a photo of a "Whitley" "EY V" with 10 bombs painted behind

pilot's window. (Credit Fox Photos)

I am posting this becasue their might be someone who is looking for photographs of RAF Bombers of these particular Squadrons (For reference only).
