What caused the death of:
P/O (Pilot) Robert I. HOPKINS - 42601 - RAF (from Canada)
probably killed in a training accident. He lies buried at Whittlesford (SS Mary & Andrew) Churchyard, Cambridgeshire.
Can't find a matching a/c serial.

CWGC: "Cadet" Pilot - no svcnr - son of Innes and Alice Mary HOPKINS of Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
Listed addenda panel 602 of the V.A.C. Book of Remembrance WW2, as a Pilot Officer.
Listed Canadian Virtual War Memorial as a Pilot Officer.
Can't find his name in The Times archives.
