Yes, 616 was the only unit with Meteors in your time span until joined by 504 Squadron in April 1945.
I don't see any losses in action (which I assume is what you mean) but two F.I a/c were lost in accidents:
EE226 Stalled an spun in at Great Chart 15 August 1944 DA Gregg killed and EE222 CFL after running out of fuel at Plucks Gutter, Stourmouth, Kent on 29th August , pilot A McDowall safe.
