Details Two close support missions were carried out. Afternoon job was against Jap troops reported dug in near TAUNGMAW. There was no sign of any return fire, but aircraft T flown by WO Mackenzie was seen to burst into flames at end of the dive and crash onto the target. WO Mackenzie was not seen to bale out and was presumed killed. 1425-1505 Hours.

134 Squadron Thunderbolt serial/codes Jan 1945Hello everyone While doing a bit of research on a local pilot, I came across some Sortie Reports in the 134 Sqn ORB Appendices which list individual Thunderbolts code letters for the Ops for January 1945.
