DUTHIE - 1053684; LAC Henry E. READ - 905751, and AC2 Cyril G. WILLS - 1264150. Proposed aircraft losses for this day: Battle Trainer - P6686 - 12 FTS - flew into high ground 2 miles N of Malton Mowbray. Hurricane I - L2055 - 56 OTU - spun into ground West Walton, Norfolk. Hurricane I - N2359 - 56 OTU - collided with Spitfire P8130 and crashed; location not known. Hurricane I - V6677 - 52 OTU - crashed in forced landing 4 miles SSE of Debden. Oxford I - P1896 - 15 FTS - crashed on take-off Cross in Hand, Lutterworth, Leicestershire. Tiger Moth II - N6489 - 11 EFTS - crashed and destroyed by fire; location not known.
