Hurricane T.Wells 10.10.40http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/3403/viaduct.jpg Hows Bristol? Looking at the Parish construction Dave, it helps to have a Parish (note the Viaduct is where the arrow is). Also the following Hurricane 1 got excavated from a site by the Viaduct in the Seventies (presume it hasn't got confused with V6570?) 0930hrs Tunbridge Wells. Hurricane P8818. UF-W 601 Squadron Tangmere F/L W.H.Rhodes-Moorehouse killed. (Crashed at Southborough after combat with Bf109s.) In this way (Willie Rhodes-Moorehouse died in Southborough) I can very roughly locate which side and/portion of railway line adjoins the crash location of V6570, as there are 3 parishes crossed within a mile of the Viaduct. Many thanks, Dave ....Read More.david cullen on 16th October 2009 05:37:04
