PATON - 546708; LAC Jeffrey WILLIAMS - 952730, and AC2 (Pilot u/t) Peter H. WILLIAMS - 1236372. Proposed aircraft losses for this day: Beaufort I - N1101 - TTU - overshot landing Abbotsinch. Hurricane I - W9261 - 55 OTU - crashed in forced landing 1 mile W of Elstob (sic). Magister I - P6436 - 8 EFTS - crashed on overshoot Woodley. Master I - T8438 - 9 FTS - crashed in forcved landing 2 miles SE of Hullavington. Oxford I - L9652 - 3 FTS - collided with Oxford II V3536 Radcote Bridge near South Cerney. PATON - KOAS (Named as J B Payton in Flight Archives); there is a 21 yr old registered in the Windsor district. LAC Jeffrey WILLIAMS - DOAS, Age 19 Crewe District. AC2 Peter H. WILLIAMS - DOAS. Age 19 Newton A District So Evans, McCrae and J Williams in Crewe district. There are no civilians listed for this date in Crewe Borough so i woudl doubt it was a raid? Car accident maybe.
