|Abbreviations on Form 1180||Can someone explain what some of these notations on an accident card mean?
At the Top it has "FM ATO PSFE EFNK" over a crossed out line that reads NO 553 (11) Fatal
The cause is listed as L.17
Under the comments section is has the following:
