Booth James Bradshaw - 987409 - 84 Squadron - Held Java, Singapore, Borneo (Jesselton) Died Jesselton - 12.2.43 - Buried Labuan. Page 40. Two transports from Java arrived Singapore on 18th and 26th September 1942 with 2025 men on board. After a stay of two or three weeks 1886 of the men who were all UK, departed for Borneo. On arrival at Kuching 1048 disembarked. The remainder continued to Jesselton (now Kota Kinabalu). Amongst the 838 Jesselton group were 378 RAF men.
