London:Grub Street,1996 p.176 I have a note that Vincent I K6347, of 244 Sqn, crashed in the Persian Gulf around this time. I believe the following crew/pass were lost: 637578 Sgt (Air Gnr.) Charles Trevor DENNETT RAF + G/C Robert JOPE-SLADE OBE,DSC RAF + (Both listed in Flight June 19, 1941, as KOAS). Could someone confirm the above, and provide the pilot's name? TIA, Col. ....Read More.COL BRUGGY on 28th January 2010 02:40:59
