It recorded that he died from a fractured skull after he fell from his bicycle at around 23.45 on July 11th. He was admitted unconscious to hospital [at Henlow] at 02.00 hours on July 12th and died at 03.25. He was born at Leczyca, Poland, and had been in the UK since August 1940.
