    Hi Russ,

    1941 was covered in the first volume.

    I suggest contacting Midland Publishing/Ian Allen direct about the release date for Vol 2 (1942/43). I had been going for a release date a few years ago but the editors I was dealing with retired/moved on and the new staff did not pick it up.

    The more people contact them direct to ask for release date it may prompt them to rn it to the release schedule.
