Pilot Flt Lt Henry Bailey (#24195) Killed (body recovered) Circa 1901/1902 - 1940
Pax
Ivan Mark Waller Parachuted survived (1906-1996)
Fred Weeks Parachuted survived (1914 - to 1977)
The 2 other crew I can't fully ID BMD..
Samuel McMillan (Missing) ? - 1940 Possibly 1909/1910
Duncan Roberts Killed (Missing) ? - 1940

Died about 12.05 p.m. April 7th in that part of the sea known as the Firth of Clyde about 1.8 miles west of Cumbrae Lighthouse, county of Bute
Usual residence 23 Geils Avenue, Dumbarton
Male, aged 30
Son of Nathaniel Robertson (deceased) and Catherine Robertson, m.s. McNaught
Cause of death: through a seaplane on which he was flying a test flight falling into the sea, body not found, as per finding of Sheriff Substitute at Fatal Accident Inquiry

Simon thanks for this - I wondered if their had been a mistake in names and this has been confirmed now thanks to you
This wrong info is on all sources on the crash online IT WAS RIGHT ON BBC antiques roadshow which covered this in April this year - alway good to double check sources !
Ps can you confirm McMillaM or McMillaN ?
