Spitfire and pilot ID

Good morning all:
On 12 April 1944 P-47D-21RE, 42-25530 was involved in a fatal to both pilots mid-air collision. The P-47 is quite well documented in AAF Form 14 44-04-12-525. The Spitfire does have a haphazard AAF Form 14 Accident Report that contains very little information. The P-47 crashed at Eshott Morpeth while the Spitifre crashed 1.5mi S of Eshott. Are there any Spitfire or RAF Accident Report specialists out there that could supply me with the pilots name and serial number, the Squadron that he was with, and the aircraft serial number to the Spitfire. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated with many thanks in advance. Ted51

if you google the Spitfire serial now you will find a number or instances on this and elsewhere.
