I have debated with myself if "Accidentally killed on active service" was good enough to consider him "Accounted for" and decided against it. at a very minimum, i guess we need to know what type of accident it is? Road Accident, fall accident,

Aircraftman 2nd Class Stanley Clarence SMITH (861137) - I have him from a newspaper announcement that he died suddenly so sounds like a sudden death from natural causes.

Sergeant Jeffrey William ALLEN (742911) - his funeral was reported in the Nottingham Journal of November 17th 1939. He had been killed when his motorcycle collided with a heifer on the Oakham to Melton road.

Originally CWGC had him as 9 Sqdn, but now he is shown as 215 Sqdn.. nothing in the ORB though...
IBCC https://losses.internationalbcc.co.uk/loss/213047 does say "He was on attachment from 215 Squadron, then part of 11 Operational Training Unit based at Honington"
