In the 1990s, INTERNATIONAL HISTORY REVIEW, the academic journal then associated with Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, published quite a good article on black personnel in the RAF. It documented how the RAF adapted to such personnel, from the West Indies and Africa, to a much greater extent than the other services.

At the time, I did not make a copy or note which issue this article appeared in. Could anyone be so good as to provide a reference for this article?
