Default Accident close RAF Long Newton, feb. 1944

    Hello,

I am looking after an accident occured on 20 feb. 1944 or some days before. A single (?), multi-engine (?) crashed 1/2 miles from RAF Long Newton. A French pilot killed during this accident. Does anybody the date, unit and aircraft ?

Just a small point so that your records are accurate, it is RAF Long Newnton, not Newton.
