    Default The Dreaded Wartime Telegram

    I have been sent a copy of a wartime casualty telegram and am curious about what the letters NBDT stand for.
    The starting line of the telegram states:
    11:53 (time sent) NBDT (????) OHMS (On his Majesty's service)

    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Tom

    As a totally wild guess NBDT may be related to:
    N = ?
    B = British
    D = Double Summer
    T = Time
    I await the real decode with some interest
