    I have photos of the following, if anyone is interested;

    141 Squadron Ayr, Scotland (Beaufighter).

    6 snapshots of crews (Conversion Units?) at Shepherds Grove, Suffolk, July 1944

    3 photographs of crews (named) collecting remains of Mosquito which crashed into Helvellyn (Feb 1945 killing Australian Crew).

    Sorry for delay will send scanned images as soon as possible. In case any of the names/faces on the photos could be recognised they may have known my father, Eric James (Jim) Glover 627843 who appears on most of the photos.

    Hello Everybody,

    I have been trying to research for an 84 year old uncle of how is brother F/Sgt Samuel Thomas Collis no 1671079 died. I have just found out that he was the W/OP in the Stirling that hit the Watch Office at Shepherds Grove in July 1944. He survived the impact but was badly burnt and died shortly after in Ely hospital.
    I have access to some of his documents/telegrams and a photo, but none of his creww.
    If anyone out there has any information on the crew I would be very grateful and would pass it onto my uncle .
    Any information on the aircraft codes would also be appreciated.

    Thank you.
