    Hi Phill,

Jacques Weyemberg (born on 7/09/1924 at Brussels) left Belgium in 1940 and arrived on 18/09/1940 in Congo, via Spain and Portugal. On 9/09/1944 the wing of his Spitfire BL370 was hit by another aircraft and he was killed during the emergency landing near Goole (York). The wreck was recovered and restored to static condition.
