    Hello,

    I am after some details about the career of the above mentioned Polish pilot. He served with 309 Sqn in 45-46 but I don't know anything about previous postings and how he get to the UK.

    Phil , i have very little on this Pilot , but Here is what i have

    Attended , 58 0TU Grangemouth Raf Course 18 Polish course 20 from 5/3/42 to 3/5/42 FROM HERE HE WENT TO 302 P Sqd also at some point with 318 Sqd ? Unconfirmed , SORRY NOT MUCH this is all i have to date

    Default Jan Mozołowski - additional details

    Hello,
    I am writing from Poland. Iam in posession of archive of letters and souvenirs of Mozołowski's Family. In one of the letters Jan Mozołowski's father (Polish Profesor of Biochemistry) writes to Lieutenant General Stanislaw Skalski about his son: After german invasion on Poland in September of 1939 Jan Mozolowski as a officer cadet of pilots school escapes from Poland to Lithuania and than in January of 1940 travels to Engand. After training he flew in RAF Sq until the end of war. Assignments:
    10 A.G.S.Defiant
    from May 1942 to 3.7.1942 Sq 302
    until 31.10.1942 Canadian Sq
    from 1.11.1942 to 1.4.1943 Sq 302 /Spitfire/
    next assignments(according to his flying log book):
    Sq 318
    1608 flight
    last - Sq 309
    After war he finished medical University in Dublin, returned to Poland in January of 1957, worked as a doctor, died in 1979.
