Default Help with ORB information from the UK NA in Kew

I am seeking information from the 111 Squadron ORB from September 1938 to March 1939, and from July to August 1940. Can anyone please help? As I live in Australia, it is a bit difficult to get to Kew myself, so I would be most grateful for any assistance.

    Thanks

That site is brilliant! Good info for 1940, but still missing 1938-39.

If you request a quote using the appropriate file references from the online catalogue on the National Archives website using the dvd format they can provide a quote for the entire ORB pieces which will cover the 2 dates you require. It may be over 1 part of the ORB or 2 but will cost 20 per part but well worth the money. I can look up the references for you if you like but you would need to fill in the information for the quote. I have used the service and it is very good. Postage would be more for you than us in the uk but that is too be expected.

    Scott,
Ross has already given the reference to Peter, AIR27/865, in reply to a further posting by him.

Scott, thank you for the NA information. I have other ORBs in mind for future research, so appreciate the heads up and will keep this in mind for future use.

    Cheers
