    Default Sgt JVK Nicholl

    Hello again,
I wish to find information on Sgt JVK Nicholl, VR 655204. From his service number he must have been ex-Army then transfered to RAFVR approx. January, 1939.
He trained at 58 OTU, Grangemouth on Course 14 from 28-10-41 to 23-12-41 on Spitfire I.
He was with 134 sqn B Flt at Eglinton, NI from Feb, 1942 to 26-3-42 but he does not appear to have gone with 134 sqn to the ME.
Any help please with his DOB and place of birth and first names, plus any later postings would be fantastic.
    Thanks,
    Roy

    Hello Dennis,
Thanks for your reply. I was not aware I could, so I will give it a try though I am no whizz on the PC.
    With thanks,

    Default Nicoll not Nicholl

    Hello gents,
You are both wonderful, thanks. I can see now why I could not find NICOLL as the 134 sqn ORB listed him as NICHOLL.
So he did go to the ME but was not with 134 sqn, Thanks for his GRO RAF listing his unit Dennis.
Phil thanks for your info on his brother W/O Ivan Kenealy Nicoll.
    Thank you,
    Roy

    Phill,
Your msg # 5: Ivan NICOLL was killed on Whitley BD280 instead of BD289 (Chorley vol. 7 pages 256/373). Typo ??
    Regards,
    Henk.
