    Default AIR 78 notation

    Hello,
assistance please, in regard to meaning of the rubber stamping 'MILITIA' on an Air 78 card. In Army terms I would take this as being a Territorial. would this equate to RAFVR?
The chap in question was called up in the spring of 1941.
In addition, the card has on it's bottom right corner 'gt', again, any ideas?
    Many thanks
    Dave

Militia is used to show those who were conscripted/signed up under the Military Training Act 1939.

NSA is National Service Men who were signed up under the National Service (Armed Forces) Act 1939
