Air Force List 1939/1940 ID two Officers from typos

Someone on War in the Air is transcribing the 151 Orbs from 1936 to 1940

There are a couple of officers that he cannot ID from the writing/typing in the orb 1939

Has anyone got an Air Force list to suggest who

F/Lt Lintaker
W/Cdr Collarpie

could be?

Can you provide names of men that might have been posted in along with them whose names are confirmed and they might show up in the Flight magazine archvies under thta mag's postings sections.

or the indexes to the London Gazete for that period and preceeding, they look fairly unique names.

It appears F /Lt James Thomas LINKLATER, M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P. (72058). was a medical officer - maybe Sqn or Station MO and was going up for experience though it appears he also flew solo in Magister so maybe had a licence as well

" A " licence tests, while Messrs. S'. Edge, N. R. Gill and W. H. Lord have gone solo. Last week's flying times were 22 hr. dual and 15 hr. 45 min. solo and passenger.

This man was born 1897 in South Africa.

I suggest if Linklater was RAF North Weald Station MO in 1939/1940 , who was the RAF North Weald Station Senior Officer?, could it be W/Cmd "Collarpie"
