Hello Linda,

As Flight Sergeant (Pilot) Alfred Kay is buried in Durnbach War Cemetery it's more than likely his plane was lost over Germany. Can you please give the names of the other crew members?

    Regards,

    Bart

    Default Schweinfurt operation research

    Hi all

Steve - is the report you mention from AIR14/3435? I copied that report at Kew a few years ago and had the large map photocopied on half a dozen A3 sheets - all now stitched back together and available as one (large) jpeg file.

I believe there is another report on this operation in AIR24. I would be interested in taking a look if that is the copy that you have.

I've been doing some work on the gaps not covered by Chorley - do you have a particular interest in this operation?

    regards

    Mike
