Default Spam getting through again .

Looks like spam is getting through again .I received a private message from a Patricia .
I'll have to keep my email address off posts in future, even without putting the @ sign .

    Hi Anne

I got the same one from Patricia, and have just notified Neill by direct e-mail.

    Default Spam

    G'day

I just deleted the same e-mail.

Ross and I have noticed an increase in spam again. Most of it we catch before its been posted for any length of time. There are some real nutters out there who think this is a game and have been very persistent in their efforts to post spam.

    Oh well, the fight continues.

    Cheers...Chris

    Default Unwanted mails

    Same here,

Delete it immediately in your inboxes, do not reply as instructed by Ross.

I don't know about other ISPs, but with AOL it is possible to block further emails from the address of the sender; simply right click on the address then click on 'Block email'.

I've had no e-mails but I have had two PMs from Patricia: first one was about a week ago.

    Best Wishes.

Mine was the usual email from rafc notifying me that I had a private message .
I'll just immediately delete & delete the private message, if need be.

In a way I'm glad that I'm not the only one to have received some unwelcome attention

I was going to delete the message and then thought that, for the sake of good order, I should notify Ross

However, as he's already aware of the situation I'll now merely delete

    Regards,
    Aubrey
