Martinet JN297 61 O.T.U. 31.07.45 ORB Request

Does anyone have a copy of the 61 O.T.U. ORB for the 31.07.45. I am trying to trace the name of the TTO who was injured in flight when his legs became entangled in the towing cable.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
