Presuming KRA6 is misreading of KRACI (King's Regulations & Air Council Instructions)?

    Hi David,

The clause was usually used when release was necessary for support of sole surviving, or both, parents who were in dire need of monetary or health support and no other living relatives were around to support.

The conditions were very strict and the list extensive, including official letters from the local mayor to confirm the circumstances.

    Regards
    Ross
