What caused the death of F/O Frederick R. KENNEDY - AUS404789 - DFC - RAAF, who died in RAF Ely Hospital, Cambs.; he was with 156 Sqn flying Lancasters from Warboys, Hunts.
What caused the death of F/Sgt Richard M. KERSHAW - 1095833 - not found in Flight Magazine, whose death was registered at Wrexham, Flintshire. (Master AZ698 ?).

Proposed aircraft losses:
Beaufighter VI - ND153 - 301 FTU - dived into ground Pennings, Highway Hill, Yatesbury, Wiltshire.
Master I - T8466 - 9 (P)AFU - bellylanded at Errol.
Tiger Moth II - T7036 - 7 EFTS - abandoned near Ratcliffe.
Master II - AZ698 - 17 (P)AFU - collided with Wellington X3807 and crashed 2 miles E of Wrexham (already as a fatal casualty on this aircraft: Sgt H.W. SCOTT - RCAF R/167034).
Mosquito II - DD678 - 60 OTU - spun into ground Stonehouse Farm, near Shawbury (already as a fatal casualty on this aircraft F/O P.R. WILMOT - AUS421953 - RAAF).

And now those outside the UK:
What caused the death of:
F/O (Nav) Alan R.B. BALL - 127988 - 27 Sqn (Beaufighter - Agartala, India); missing believed killed in action and buried Maynamati War Cem., Bangladesh (can't find a matching aircraft serial in my files).
F/Lt Kenneth W. MONKS - 76137 - commemorated Panel 120 of the Runnymede Memorial; listed as being with 1 PDC.
F/Lt Leonard C. MURCH - 41946 - 680 PRU - buried Benghazi War Cem., Libya (not found in Flight Magazine).
Capt (Royal Artillery attd 654 [AOP] Sqn) Peter R. NEWMAN - 95160 - aircraft hit tree - buried Salerno War Cem., Italy. (May have been on Auster Mk.III NJ947, but not confirmed).
F/O Anthony B. POTTS - 136503 - 4 ADU - commemorated Column 268 of the Alamein Memorial.
