In the mid-1950s Derby Aviation at Burnaston prepared Mosquito B.35 TK652 for Iberia captain Rodolpho Bay - it became EC-AKH after carrying the ferry registration EC-WKH. When complete it was marked with the small legends TK652 in front of the left horizontal stabilizer and NS640 in front of the right horizontal stabilizer. NS640 was a Mosquito PR.XVI that ended its days with the RAF as 6156M. Can anyone confirm the theory that parts of NS640 became part of EC-AKH?
