    Default Fenham-Le-Moor Farm, Northumberland

    Gents and Ladies,

I have a crash site location at the above farm,
I have two eyewitnesses and the exact site.
Unfortunately, I have none of the following
    a/c identification
Pilot (believed killed possibly RCAF or RAAF but then again!)
    date (1943-1945)

It is probable that the a/c was 59 OTU as I have several 59 OTU sites on neighbouring farms
    Can any one help please?

    Thank you

    Chris

    Chris,

    From ABS

On 06-Nov-43 Spitfire IIb P8602 of 57OTU force-landed at KYLOE due to engine failure (pilot possibly Sgt JR Karasek?)

Fenham-le-Moor is in the parish of Kyloe, so this could well be the target of your search. I have no other losses in Kyloe

    Dg,

From what I can gather from my eyewitness, it went straight into the ground,
    Not a forced landing,

    However, it might be
