Ferry Command air base abbreviations

I am just reviewing some flight assignment cards for my Ferry Command men and I have a couple of abbreviations I can't make out.

VK
ASC
Rich
B

Any idea what air bases these are?

B could be Borinquen, Puerto Rico, but it was usually spelled Borin on the cards.
Rich could likely be Richmond, Virginia.
