Hi Steve
According to RAFFTASU the School had 12 Oxfords attached fro Jul 1941 to Oct 1942 for giving specialist training to Naval pilots
Malcolm
Gents,
I have a copy of a Log Book of an Instructor who served on the above unit in 1942. On numerous pages there are small photographs of what appears to be RN/FAA pupils. Can anyone explain why the RN or FAA would be having future pilots trained at this school. Is there a nautical connection?
Regards
Steve
