It is a long time since I started this thread (or even looked back at it), but unless it's the number quoted by Pavel (#28) I'd not been able to find one - this might be explained by him being Czechoslovakian. The NA has a big file on him - Air 2/5208.

Even if he did appear in the wartime AFLs, the units he was serving with at time certainly would NOT, something to do with the war raging at time I fear! I doubt that the British govt at the time would have had sufficient paper to publish the Lists with that much additional information (although some might challenge my opinion on this point), but those wartime AFLs were excessively fat enough as it was.
