    Default Sqdn Ldr James Wicks

I am researching James Wicks but have found very little about his wartime RAF service. Could anybody help me out with any info? What I know so far:

Served 1940 - 45, number was 79071, qualified lawyer, promoted from p/o to Sqdn Ldr during course of war. I understand he was MID 3 times, I've found two of those (Jun 42 and Jun 45) in the London Gazette. Would the recommendations be in the National Archives?

Any further info very gratefully received.

    Regards

    Dave
