Default 65 Squadron loss recorded on 03rd May 1941

    Good morning to all!
A 65 Squadron airman, Sergeant Cecil James Bowles (RAFVR 902470), from 65 Squadron was killed on the 03rd May 1941. I tried to match his loss to combat missions flown this day x Luftwaffe recorded claims, but got no joy; so I assume this was probably a "training" mission, or an accident, rather than an official combat mission.

ANY details of the incident and aircraft in which this airman was killed would be of great help.
