Avro Lancaster crew identification

Hi!
I'm looking for crew, photos and any documentation about two Lancasters.

The first one is:
Lancaster B.Mk.I coded WS-J (W4964) "Johnny Walker-Still Going Strong!" from 9th Sqn.RAF

Second one:
Lancaster B.Mk.III coded HW-Z (LM739) "Grogs The Shot" from 100 Sqn.RAF

I haven't seen the book that Col refers to but the "Centenarian" Lancs are also listed in a book (also by Norman Franks and published by Arms and Armour Press) "Claims to Fame-the Lancaster". There are photos and each a/c has a short operational history and a list of the actual ops carried out with crew lists against each op. For this a/c there was no single crew but there were several times when it flew with a crew on more than one occaision sometimes several times per crew. The book records that the 100th op was against the Tirpitz in Kaafjord on 15 Sept 1944. The op wasflown from Yagodnik in USSR via Archangel and it was known that the Tirpitz was hit by a single Tallboy bomb and it was considered to be that dropped by W4964, this was marked on the a/c fuselage with a larger than normal bomb symbol. The crew on that occaision were:-

Sgt E C Selfe (FE)
F/O J W Moore RAAF (N)
F/O S A Morris (BA)
F/O R G Woolf RAAF (W/op)
Sgt E Hoyle (Ag)
Sgt E E Stley(sic) (Ag)
I suspect this is from the same book as Col's but with a different publisher.
It was published and reprinted in 1994
