    Hi Pavel:

The IWM has a portrait photo of S/Ldr Richard Cecil Patrick, DFC - have emailed a photocopy. Also have group shots that include Patrick and Bromet that I'll email now. And also a shot of just Patrick just found.

May I ask the subject of your project, Pavel? I'm guessing I may have other materials that fit.

    Regards:

    Robert

    Hi Robert,

many thanks! I will react on your email soon.
I would like to apologize to all others that I have not mentioned for what project I am looking for these photos.

Well it will be a book of Czechoslovak WOP/AG killed in summer 1942 with No. 311 Sq - and the book will be unfortunately in Czech again:)
Recently I was informed by publisher that photos will be not on the fixed number of pages but thorough the whole text so I would like to add some photos of another nationalities serving with the Czechoslovak airmen or if he met them or wrote about them in his diary. So it is sources of my list below and I will be very thankful for any photos I can use with the text where those men are mentioned.

    TIA

    Pavel,

    Regarding McLeod.

There was a photo of him published in the illustrated pages of 'The Weekly News' here in New Zealand: p 24 of the issue of 1 Apr 42.

The Air Force Museum of New Zealand can supply a scan of this for you for a small fee. They may also have a better quality print elsewhere in their collection. You can write to them at info@airforcemuseum.co.nz
