    Default Thermos and flight rations

An appeal - Has anyone an example of a Bomber Crew member carrying a flight issue 'Thermos' or flight ration bag. I know that a super example exists with a crew member exiting a Stirling door holding a flask but alas I have been unable to locate it.

A rather odd request I know but thank you kindly for reading it.

    Hello Colin,

I have a Air Ministry photograph of two Halifax crew members standing beside a bag of flight rations:- Thermos flask, Horlicks tablets, sandwiches etc. The 76 Sqn Halifax was soon to fly out to bomb Mally Camp during May 1944. You are welcome to a copy but I would need your email address. Mine can be found on this site
