    Default Spitfire P8190, 11 September 1942

Spitfire P8190 of 58 OTU, Grangemouth, is recorded as having caught fire and being abandoned on 11 September 1942, crashing on the hill, Norman Law, in Fife. Does anyone know the i/d of the pilot please?
    Thanks

Default Spitfire P8190 - date of loss was 11 September 1943 (not 1942)

I was seeking the pilot's i/d but gave the wrong year.

The ORB doesn't record the incident, there was a paragraph at the end of the month saying there had been 16 accidents, 11 were avoidable and detail was only given for two of them.
