Hi to everyone,

Can someone put me on the right road concerning the above airmen. Found his entry on the CWGC site and when I checked the relevant Chorley's Roll of Honour volume and Yearly volumes there was no details at all in relevance to this airman? Maybe I'm missing something and cannot see for looking, so any info will be welcomed. He is buried in Flushing (Vlessingen) Northern Cemetery, Holland as stated within the CWGC entry.

As from June 1943 the unit was no longer with Bomber Command and hence out of scope for Chorley.

Hi Steve

W/C England led a raid on Courcelles, Belgium on that day with Bostons from 107 as well as 88 and 342.
Crossed belgian coast just south of Domburg well off track and shot down by flak along with 5 other aircraft of 107.
The remainder did not recover from the error and no bombs were dropped.
