Default Oxford crash - 20 October 1945 - Zeeland Province, Netherlands

Some Dutch newspapers of October 1945 report an Airspeed Oxford crash near Zierikzee in Zeeland Province on the previous "Saturday afternoon", which must have been 20 October 1945.
The Oxford is described as L.X. 124 (Polish) Squadron, but either as serial LX124 or 124 (Polish) squadron it can make any sense here, I believe.
Nevertheless, the three-men crew were Polish, and the pilot's name was J.W. Jelinek. Accident occurred en route Amsterdam-Norwich and plane flipped over upon crash landing which resulted in heavy damage. No serious injuries and crew were taken to Gilze-Rijen air base after the weekend in an RAF-car.

Who can identify the Oxford and/or further crew involved?

    Thanks for any info.

    Regards,

Thanks, Ian, that should be the Oxford involved. Zierikzee is on Schouwen-Duiveland Island.
I suspect the date 15.12.45 to be one when the a/c was struck from the records, since the accident was on 20.10.45.
