    Default Z Bartkowski

I've been asked for Z Bartkowski's forename and wonder if any of our Polish members can help? All I know is that he was a Polish meteorologist and might have served with the Polish Air Force.

Although I've had a number of hits on Google he's always referred to as "Z Bartkowski".

My pension wouldn't help your lifestyle, Peter. I guess there must be other male names other than the three(?) listed.

    Hello

I knew Polish Spitfire pilot Zenon Bartkowiak, so I'll bet another trunk of Brian's pension on Zenon...

Thank you Pavel, definitely the man I'm seeking.

He worked as a meteorologist in Poland after the war and was living in Warsaw in 1997. Should any of our Polish friends be interested I might be able to obtain the year he died.

PS Sorry folks - my better half has just spent next month's pension!
