Default Sgt John Kenneth Beazier Bomber Command Aircrew who fell in the Battle of Britain

    Hello Ladies and Gentleman

I have come across a May 1947 family newspaper cutting of Bomber Command Aircrew residing in Yorkshire (which includes my Grandfather) "who fell in the Battle of Britain" it says. Internet searches of varying combinations (full name, surname initials and in various reverse combinations) which normally reveal Flight Global and London Gazette returns and I've searched CWGC and Free BMD too.

But nothing, which leaves me wonderng who was he, what Squadron, where was he based and how was he lost?

    Thanks Mark

Sergeant John Kenneth Blazier 746887, Age 20, No.82 Sqn, 10-8-40. He's listed by CWGC as being from Hull and is commemorated on Runnymede.

BCL 1 listed him as a crew member on Blenheim Mk.IV R3910, presumed lost over the sea on operations from Watton, op is given as Aerodromes.

    Hello Alan

Thank you, I tried Brazier, but never thought of Blazier.

I searched for his two first names in 1940, I figured if there was going to be a mistake it was with the surname.
