Default 3 Intra War Burials CAIRO NEW BRITISH PROTESTANT CEMETERY Mysteries

I have 3 remaining Mystery's on the Intra War Burials at CAIRO NEW BRITISH PROTESTANT CEMETERY, trying to get at least initials and maybe first or second names

    The first is

GRIFFIN, Aircraftman 1st Class, Royal Air Force. 13th November 1922. Plot G Grave 183.

I have 2/(3, 4) possibilities identified, the interesting one is could it be GRIFFEN Anne L all other burials I have at CAIRO NEW BRITISH PROTESTANT CEMETERY are 'Egypt' and the year matches

I suspect 3 * GRIFFIN/GRIFFEN Peter as same person but previous year

GRIFFIN Peter G Unknown Royal Field Artillery 1921
GRIFFIN Peter G Unknown (Station: Ludd) Unknown 1921
GRIFFEN Peter G Unknown (Station: Ludd) Unknown 1921
GRIFFEN Anne L Egypt Unknown 1922

    Second one

THOMASSON, Airman, Royal Air Force. 23rd September 1925. Plot G Grave 260.
I can offer nothing for this one

    Third one

WILSON, Sergeant, Royal Air Force. 10th November 1922. Plot G Grave 182.
possibly WILSON John C Egypt 1922

Not much to go on but you never know!
Looking for confirmation of any of the above if possible

    Thanks

    Paul

    Paul,
With reference to it possibly being "Ann L". Might be wrong but, surely, would'nt the headstone be marked as Aircraftwomen if it was her.

Yes I agree but I have found multiple mistakes in source which slowly fixing so not impossible! Though if women serving overseas in 1922 I do not know!

We need to remember that I think this is not a military cemetery as we are used to.

Familyrelatives.com have FREE indexes for a few random types, one being

    ARMY RETURNS OVERSEAS DEATHS 1921-1925

Griffen, Peter G age 42 died Ludd station
Griffen, Anne L age 5 died Cairo station

Can't find much else of use however!

There is a Peter Griffen in Galway Ireland with the 12th R Lancers, aged 31. Born in Galway, Ireland. Might be our man?

Thanks I think that may eliminate Griffen as all other deaths in list are definitely air force and I now know Anne was a child

John Cheney Wilson 1885 — 1917 70709 Draughtsman, Engineer For
John Cyril Wilson 1896 Lanarkshire 1918 261910 Rly Porter
