Default Hurricane destroyed by accident 249 sqd. 18 april 1941

    Hi all ....

I'm seeking an information about the Hurricane II, destroyed by collision on the 18 april 1941, in the 249 sqd. The pilot bailed out (tail cut of)

The code of the aircraft was GN-F, the pilot Labouchère (FF) but I do not have the serial of this aircraft ?

Do you have any informations about this serial ?

    Best regards

    Hello,

    Hurricane II Z2522.

A few days later (on 18 April), Flg Off Skalski was again in trouble, he, de Scitivaux and Adjt de Labouchere took off on a formation flying exercise which ended in disaster when all three aircraft collided: Skalski force-landed his Hurricane on the airfield, minus its propeller, de Scitivaux nearby but de Labouchere was obliged to bale out of Z2522. None of the pilots was injured. The other two aircraft involved in the collision were repairable
