Default Service Record Abbreviation: "M of S Estab IK" (or 1K)

Does anyone have an idea what the abbreviation "M of S Estab IK" (or 1K) might mean on a Sqn Ldr's service record from January 1957?

It follows a posting to 5 Personnel Dispatch Unit for disembarkation leave on return from 112 Sqn in Bruggen, and precedes a course at the RAF Staff College.

I assume "Estab" is Establishment, but "M of S"...? There are also the letters "AMU" further across the page on the same line, but in the same column 'Unit'.

    Any pointers would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Steve
