    Default Keith Aspinall

I am saddened to relate that Keith Aspinall the respected and gifted aviation artist and close friend died last Friday.

I am sure many of you have seen Keith’s paintings hanging in various galleries; he was a great bloke with a passion for aviation in all its forms.

My sincere condolences go to his wife Pat and family.

    Dear Steve,

I too am saddened to learn of Keith's passing. Unlike you, I met him only once, at a Mildenhall reunion a few years ago. We discussed his beautiful painting "Stirling Mine Laying" which, if memory serves, hangs in the Bird in Hand. An autographed print now hangs in my home.

    Hans,

Keith was apart of the furniture at Mildenhall always happy to chat and mingle with everyone.

His best work never went into print, I have two original paintings in my study. If I knew how to post them I would.

Great bloke had so much more to offer.
